I was impressed at the Denver siding installer that my neighbors hired. It just so happened that I was working out in the yard the week that they were there. I think that they must have torn off the old siding in less than four hours. Since it was aluminum, I know they probably get good money for that from the scrap yard. They then started putting the insulation on which went up pretty fast. The sheets of insulation they were using were huge.

After they got the old siding off and the insulation on, the Denver siding installer called it a day. They were back bright and early the next day and started hanging the new pink siding. I could not believe that my neighbors had chosen pink siding. I knew that everyone in the neighborhood was going to either be complaining about it, or loving it. I for one did not like it. It looked like I lived next to a real life doll house.

I remember when I was a kid and my mother painted the trim around our new vinyl replacement windows pink. Every single one of the neighbors told her that she needed to change it. She told them that she had paid for the vinyl replacement windows and she could choose whatever color she wanted to trim them with. I think the pink paint last for about five years.
